Released December 4th, 2109, the animation movie Prince's Voyage has been co-directed by Jean-François Laguionie and Xavier Picard. The film premiered at Annecy Film Festival then at Locarno, London, Sevilla, Bruxelles, Paris and many others french festivals.
The animation movie Moomin on the Riviera directed and co-produced by Xavier Picard and Hanna Hemilä has been released in 2015 in more than 75 countries including Japan, U.K, France and Scandinavia.
The 300 hours of animation written, directed and/or produced by Xavier Picard include films for Jean Chalopin (The Bots' Master), Hanna Barbera (Johnny Quest), Luc Besson and Mamoru Ooshi (Valerian) have been distributed to more than 100 countries.
Xavier Picard has directed 7 animated movies for the French pavilion of the World Expo Shanghai 2010.
Xavier Picard founded in 2000 Pictak with the Japanese producer – Takashi Masunaga. The company produces and co-produces animation films and series for worldwide markets and develops its own licences.
